Meet Our Founder — John Comuniello
Founder & CEO
JOHN COMUNIELLO
John Comuniello, Founder and CEO of NextPhase Partners, is a seasoned entrepreneur, CFO, and company controller with over two decades of professional experience, half of which has been dedicated to entrepreneurship.
His passion for business began early. At just seven years old, he ran his first local venture collecting bottles and cans, earning $25 to $50 a week. By age 14, he was already working legally, setting the tone for a career marked by drive and discipline.
John’s life reflects the same balance of ambition and purpose he brings to his clients. Beyond finance, he’s passionate about family, faith, fitness, and exploration, a marathon runner, yoga enthusiast, and certified level-one sommelier who once hiked the five-day Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu.
Driven by a belief that his purpose is to serve others and create meaningful impact, John leads NextPhase Partners with the conviction that expert financial guidance can transform businesses and the lives of those who run them.
